This project combined stairs, verandah, and frontage balustrades – all made of aluminum and powder coated. Each balustrade panel was built to have a concealed baseplate and joined seamlessly. Product made and installed in stages to accommodate the construction flow.

A modern choice of balustrade design that is also highly functional – The minimum gap below the balustrade panels was designed to allow water to freely run and keep the passage safe and free of puddles. Bent posts in between panels were chosen to achieve a contemporary and continuous look.
